Discover screenplays by teenagers and the latest children’s and youth film projects from filmmakers, and vote for who should win this year’s Golden Squirrel Award! The 6th Children’s and Youth Film Pitch Forum is a professional meeting place where screenwriters, directors, and producers can connect.
The Pitch Forum consists of two parts: in the first half, young people under the age of nineteen present their projects. The goal is to create films and series based on teenagers’ ideas, so that authentic topics that genuinely interest young audiences can appear in youth films. In the second half of the Pitch Forum, adult professional screenwriters present their projects. An expert jury gives feedback, while a children’s jury decides on the main awards. In addition, the audience can also vote for their favorite. During the “speed dating” sessions, screenwriters have the chance to meet with producers and directors.
